1. Service Scope

We only supply prefab house building kits from China with EXW/FOB pricing. We do not provide Australian local foundation, construction, council approval, building certification or on-site installation services.

2. Local Compliance Disclaimer

All Australian local building compliance, certification and construction work must be completed by locally licensed builders. Our products do not include Australian NCC or CodeMark certification.

3. Pricing Rule

All displayed prices exclude sea freight, import duty, local tax, insurance and on-site construction costs.

4. Copyright

All website content including texts, images and designs is copyrighted. No unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is allowed.

5. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for local construction failure, policy changes or certification issues caused by local builders.

6. Policy Update

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
